Physicians Formula $5.00 Off Coupon

Hello Girlys,

I was searching online for nail polish & makeup related items, when I came across this Physicians Formula Coupon.  It's $5.00 Off Eye Booster or any other Physicians Formula product.  This sounds like a good deal.

I recently found out that CVS has sales going on and & if you get a CVS card, you are able to earn Extra Care Bucks.  So the week of Sunday May 15, 2011 - Saturday May 21, 2011, CVS was having a special where if you buy Physicians Formula makeup with your CVS card, you can get $6.00 back in Extra Care Bucks.  So for example if an item costed $11.00, you can use this coupon for $5.00 Off, then get the $6.00 back in Extra Care Bucks, & it's like getting the item for free.  This sounds like it's even a better deal.  But remember you can't use the $6.00 towards this purchase.

So I went to CVS on Sunday, after the deals were going on.  I didn't know that the sales were from Sunday to Saturday.  For some reason I thought that the sales were until Sunday.  I got there & then saw that I was a day late.  I was so looking forward to using this coupon plus receiving Extra Care Bucks in return.  So I decided not to use the $5.00 Off coupon that day.  I'm hoping that the Extra Care Bucks will make it's appearance on that product again.

So, for you girls who use Physicians Formula makeup, here is the link for the $5.00 Coupon.  It expires June 15, 2011.  Just click the link, & print out the coupon:

Easter Egg Nails

So, Easter is coming up soon.  It's time to bring out the Spring colors.  And by that, I mean the pretty Pastel colors.  There are so many to choose from.  I looked at my nail polish collection & my mind started to race with so many nail design ideas.  I first thought of Easter eggs.  So why not start with a simple nail design.  I took out my favorite pink nail polish & started to paint my nails.

You can take this design in 2 different ways.  You can either imagine it as:
~Painting eggs (the dots) on your nails
                    OR
~You can imagine each nail being an egg, & then painting the dots design on the egg

Hope you enjoy this simple design.  There are many more to choose from, so I will be doing more for Easter in a few days.

These are the colors that I used:

Base Coat (Sally Hansen)
Base Color (Sinful - Beautiful Girl)
Dot Color (Cover Girl - Cosmic Blue)
Dot Color (L.A. Colors - White)
Top Coat (Sally Hansen)

1.)  Apply a Base Coat
2.)  Paint nails Pink
3.)  Create Blue Dots
(using a dotting tool or bobby pin)
4.)  Create White Dots
(using a dotting tool or bobby pin)
5.)  Apply a Top Coat
